  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 2).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2009.

Schedule 1 amends the Classification (Publications, Films and Computer Games) Regulations 2005.

For paragraph 32 (2) (f) of the Act, the fee for the assessment of the likely classification of an unclassified film or an unclassified computer game is the amount mentioned in column 3 of item 3 in Part 8 of Schedule 1.
