Classification of Publications Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, LIONEL FROST BOWEN, the Attorney-General of the Commonwealth, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Classification of Publications Ordinance 1983.

Regulation 5 of the Classification of Publications Regulations is amended by omitting subregulations (2A), (3) and (4).
