Classification of Publications Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, ALLAN CLYDE HOLDING, Minister of State for the Arts and Territories, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General, hereby make the following Regulations under the Classification of Publications Ordinance 1983.

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the date of commencement of the Publications Control Ordinance 1989.

Repeal

2. Regulations 3, 4 and 6 of the Classification of Publications Regulations are repealed.
