HAYNE J:   The facts and circumstances giving rise to this application are set out in our reasons in Matter No S198 of 2007 between the applicant and the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission.

An appeal in this matter, against the orders of a single judge of the Federal Court of Australia, would be incompetent:  see Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 (Cth), s 33(2).

Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.  I publish that disposition.
