1. The applicant seeks the removal to this Court, under s 40 of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth), of part of a pending proceeding in the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal. No proper basis for removal has been identified and, in any event, the application does not disclose reason to interfere with the ordinary appellate process.

2. Pursuant to r 26.07.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
