This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011

(Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 14 Argyle Street, Maclean being Lot 31, DP 627.

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 2:

2A	Use of certain land at 14 Argyle Street, Maclean
(1) This clause applies to the land at 14 Argyle Street, Maclean being Lot 31, DP 627. (2) Development for the purpose of a recreation facility (indoor) is permitted with consent.
