1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 41).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	land to which Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 applies that is reserved under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974 but not currently zoned under Zone E1 National Parks and Nature Reserves,
(b)	147 Bacon Street, Grafton, being Lot 2, DP 868616,
(c)	264–268 Pound Street, Grafton, being Lot 11, DP 1188458,
(d)	1 Reserve Street, Grafton, being Lot 12, DP 1188458,
(e)	425 Bent Street, South Grafton, being Lot 400, DP 1153969,
(f)	435 Bent Street, South Grafton, being Lot 401, DP 1153969,
(g)	15 Riverside Drive, South Grafton, being Lot 102, DP 1246282.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit the matter relating to I492 from Part 1.

(2)	Schedule 5, Part 1
Omit “Lot 1, DP 431537” from the matter relating to I950.
Insert instead “Lot 11, DP 1188458”.
