I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 30).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Fairtrader Drive, Yamba, being Lots 3–9, DP 1139117.

4 Amendment of Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011

Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert at the end of the Schedule with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at Fairtrader Drive, Yamba

(1)

This clause applies to land at Fairtrader Drive, Yamba, being Lots 3–9,

DP 1139117.

(2)

Development for the purpose of workforce accommodation (within the

meaning of clause 7.11) is permitted with development consent.

(3)

Clause 7.11 applies to the granting of development consent for workforce accommodation on land to which this clause applies in the same way as it applies to the granting of development consent for workforce accommodation on land to which clause 7.11 applies.

(4)

This clause ceases to have effect 4 years after the commencement of Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 30).
