I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the
Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 25).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to land at Golding Street, Yamba, being part of Lot 51, DP 751395.
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

[1] Clause 1.8A Savings provisions relating to development applications
Insert at the end of the clause (after the note):
| (2) | To avoid doubt, the amendment of this Plan by Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 25) applies to the determination of a development application made (but not finally determined) before the commencement of that amendment. |

Insert “, identified as “B” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map” after “758470” in clause 1 (1).

Use of certain land at Golding Street, Yamba
| (1) | This clause applies to land at Golding Street, Yamba, being part of Lot 51, DP 751395, identified as “C” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map. |
| (2) | Development for the purpose of a helipad is permitted with development consent. |
| (3) | This clause ceases to have effect 15 years after the commencement of Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 25). |
