1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Maclean:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 433991 at 1 Argyle Street,
(b)	part of Lots 102 and 103, DP 1189229 at 3–9 Centenary Drive,
(c)	part of Lot 100, DP 1110269 at McLachlan Street,
(d)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 796925 and Lot 1, DP 119832 at 1 and 3 Morven Street, respectively.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
