1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 20).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	parts of Lots 1–4, DP 1155528, Careys Lane, Harwood,
(b)	part of the land adjoining Lot 4, DP 1155528, being part of the northern bank of the Clarence River, including an area of land below the mean high water mark of the Clarence River.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
