1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 6 McLachlan Street, Maclean, being Lot 2, DP 719897.

4 Amendment of Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “consent” wherever occurring in clauses 1 (2), 2 (2), 2A (2), 3 (2) and 4 (2).

Insert instead “development consent”.

Insert after clause 2A:
2B Use of certain land at 6 McLachlan Street, Maclean

This clause applies to the land at 6 McLachlan Street, Maclean, being

Lot 2, DP 719897.

Development for the purpose of serviced apartments or residential flat

buildings is permitted with development consent.
