1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011 (Amendment No 13).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1 and Part Lot 2, DP 1077069, being land at 3 Roberts Close and part of 27 Treelands Drive, Yamba.

4 Amendment of Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of Part 1.

(2)	Schedule 4, Part 1
Insert the following in Columns 1 and 2, respectively:
Yamba Lot 1 and Part Lot 2, DP 1077069, being 3 Roberts Close and part of 27 Treelands Drive, identified as operational land on the Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map
(3)	Dictionary
Insert in alphabetical order:

Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map means the Clarence Valley Local Environmental Plan 2011
