STATUTORY RULES.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1934.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1934.

Amendment of Civilian Staff Regulations. 

Sub-regulation (1.) of Regulation 116 is amended by omitting from the table the following:—

Branch.	Office.	Salary.
		Minimum.	Maximum.
“Civil Aviation.............	Controller............................................	£ 900	£ 1,050”

and inserting in lieu the following:—

“Civil Aviation.............	Controller-General of Civil Aviation	1,150	1,250
Controller of Operations, Civil Aviation	1,000	1,100
Controller of Ground Organization, Civil Aviation	828	900”

Regulation 117a is amended by omitting from Table “A” the particulars shown opposite “Caretaker, Grade I.” and inserting in lieu the following:—

Salary.			Remarks.
Minimum.	Maximum.	Increments.
£ “276	£ 324	£ 12”
