An Act to further amend the ' L Civil Service Act, 1874."

HEREAS it is expedient to srncnd thc " Civil Service Act, P ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ -

W 1874"-13c i t therefore Ensctcd by the Governor of the

Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the

l.,egislative Council and House of Assembly of the said provirlce, in

this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

1. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Civil Service Act, Bepal of the 10 per cent. addition on pro-

on the salaries in section 9 of the said Act referred to, and so much

of the said section 9 of the said Act as provides for the payment

of such percentage is hereby repealed.

2. This Act, the C L Civil Service Act, 1874," and the Civil Inoo~ration-

Service Amendment Act, 18131," shall Be incorporated and read together as one Act.

3. This Act shall commence and takc effect on and from the ~ ~ m e n C e m e n t "

first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and cighty-six.
