llundrecl and fifty-two, to regulate the salaries of certain clerks establish rules for a progressive increase of the same for length of service-and it is expedient to repeal thc same-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor-in-Chicf of the Yrovince of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:
