Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2015

We, the Honourable Alan Michael Blow, OAM, Chief Justice, and the Honourable Shan Eve Tennent, the Honourable David James Porter, the Honourable Helen Marie Wood, the Honourable Stephen Peter Estcourt and the Honourable Robert William Pearce, Puisne Judges of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, on the recommendation of the Rule Committee, make the following Rules of Court under the Civil Process Act 1870 .

1Short titleThese Rules of Court may be cited as the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Amendment Rules 2015 . 2CommencementThese Rules of Court take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Schedule 1 amended (Table of Fees for Execution of Civil Process)Schedule 1 to the Civil Process (Table of Fees for Execution) Rules 1991 is amended by inserting the following item after item 6:

7.	For a levy or seizure by the Sheriff –
(a) in respect of a debt not exceeding $20 000	$310
(b) in respect of a debt exceeding $20 000	$620
(c) in respect of a writ of execution that is otherwise than in respect of a debt	$620
