Civil Proceedings (Postponement) Regulation 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Civil Proceedings (Postponement) Regulation 2012 . 2 Postponed commencement of uncommenced provision (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 6 December 2013. (2) In this section— postponed law means the Civil Proceedings Act 2011 , part 32, division 6. Editor’s note The postponed law now automatically commences on 7 December 2013. 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 8 December 2013.
