Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to introduce certain new fees in respect of the Supreme Court for publishing on the NSW Online Registry website a notice of intended distribution ($41) or a notice of application for passing accounts ($41) and for republishing a notice of intention to apply for a grant of representation or a reseal of a grant of representation ($17), a notice of intended distribution ($17) or a notice of application for passing accounts ($17).
This Regulation is made under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, including section 18 (1) (Fees).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Civil Procedure Amendment (Online Probate Notice Services
Fees) Regulation 2014.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
