Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to provide for the procedures relating to the payment of hearing fees in the
District Court.
This Regulation is made under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, including section 18 (Fees).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Civil Procedure Amendment (Hearing Fees) Regulation 2015.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 September 2015 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Civil Procedure Regulation 2012

Clause 10 Payment of hearing fees

Insert “or the District Court” after “Supreme Court” in clause 10 (1).
