Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Civil Procedure Act 2005.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend Schedule 1 (Court fees) to the Civil Procedure Regulation 2005 to clarify that one fee of $50 is payable whether one or more sealed or certified copies of a judgment or order, or the written opinion or reasons for the opinion of any judicial or other officer of the court, are supplied.

This Regulation is made under the Civil Procedure Act 2005, including section 18.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Civil Procedure Amendment (Copy Fee)
Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Civil Procedure Regulation 2005

Schedule 1 Court fees

Omit “a sealed or certified copy” from item 6 of Part 5 of the Schedule.
Insert instead “one or more sealed or certified copies”.
