An Act to amend the Civil List.

[Assented to, October 23rd, 186'9.1

HEREAS it is expedient to further amend "The Constitution Preamble-

W Act "-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of the

Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the

Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

From and after the passing of this Act, so much of the RemOva'Of OBcesOf

Crown Solicitor and

Schedules to

contain the words "Crown Solicitor and Public Prosecutor," and the Civil List. '

The Constitution Act " and Act No. 28 of 1873 as under Secretarv from

c c Under Secretary," together with the amounts placed opposite

thereto in the said Schedules, are hereby repealed: Provided that nothing in this Act contained shall apply to the actual holder of the office of Under Secretary at the date of the passing of this Act, during his tenure of office.

this Bill.
