s1 2 s3 Civil Liability (Postponement) Regulation 2004 No. 7, 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Civil Liability (Postponement) Regulation 2004 . 2 Postponed commencement of Act, ch 2, pt 2 (1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 9 April 2005. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the Act, chapter 2, part 2. 2 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 11 April 2005.
