Civil Law (Wrongs) Act 2002

  1. Name of regulation

    This regulation is the Civil Law (Wrongs) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No 1).

  2. Commencement

    This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

    NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

  3. Legislation amended

    This regulation amends the Civil Law (Wrongs) Regulation 2003.

  4. New section 12A

    insert

12ADisclosure of confidential information in general reports—Act, s 204 (4) (f)

Disclosure for the purpose of complying with a request for confidential information made by a public servant who certifies the following is prescribed:

(a)the public servant is responsible for administering a provision of the Workers Compensation Act 1951 on behalf of the Territory;

(b)the information will only be used for administering the provision.
