1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Civil Law (Wrongs) Amendment Regulation 2007 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on 29 October 2007.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Civil Law (Wrongs) Regulation 2003.

4. New section 13

   insert

5. Notification of limitation of liability—Act, sch 4, s 4.29

   (1)The following statement is prescribed:

   Liability limited by a scheme approved under the Civil Law (Wrongs) Act 2002, sch 4 (Professional Standards).

   (2)The statement must be printed in a size not less than the face measurement of Times New Roman typeface in 8 point.
