Civil Judgments Enforcement Amendment

Regulations 2018

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.   Citation

These regulations are the Civil Judgments Enforcement
Amendment Regulations 2018.

2.   Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3. Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Civil Judgments Enforcement

Regulations 2005.

In Schedule 4 Form 1 delete "Supreme Court Judge/District Court
Judge/Magistrate" and insert:

Supreme Court Judge/District Court Judge/Magistrate/Registrar N. HAGLEY, Clerk of the Executive Council.

4.           Regulation 95B amended

In regulation 95B(2)(a) delete "judge or magistrate- and insert:

judge, magistrate or registrar

5.            Schedule 4 amended
