Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

inserting a semicolon instead;

These regulations are the Civil Judgments Enforcement
Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Civil Judgments
Enforcement Regulations 2005*.

3.             Regulation 35 amended

Regulation 35(2) is amended as follows:

(a) by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (e) and

(b) after paragraph (e) by inserting the following

paragraph

(f) books, software, computers and other

equipment, used by a dependant of the
judgment debtor for educational purposes to the

value of $3 000.
