  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment Regulations 2011 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998.

(da)the issuing of a certificate of release to service for an aircraft or aeronautical product in relation to maintenance carried out on the aircraft or aeronautical product; and

[3]          Paragraph 99.030 (2) (j)

substitute

(j)a Part 145 organisation;

(k)a screening authority within the meaning of the Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.
