  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment Regulations 2007 (No. 3).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998

Schedule 1 amends the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998.

  1. Regulation 200.003

substitute

200.003Gyroplanes having an empty weight not in excess of 250 kilograms

An aircraft to which Civil Aviation Order 95.12, as in force from time to time, applies is exempt from CASR if the conditions in that Order are satisfied.
