This instrument is the
Civil Aviation Safety Amendment (Flight Crew Licensing and Other Measures) Regulations 2017 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under the
Civil Aviation Act 1988.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Repeal the subregulations, substitute:
(3) This regulation is repealed at the end of 31 August 2018.

Paragraphs 202.721(5)(a), 202.722(6)(a) and 202.723(6)(a) Omit “31 August 2017”, substitute “31 August 2018”.
Repeal the regulation, substitute:
This Division is repealed at the end of 31 August 2018.

Repeal the regulation, substitute:
This Division is repealed at the end of 31 August 2018.
Repeal the paragraph.
