Civil Aviation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Civil Aviation Act 1988.

Permission for certain flights

Regulation 134 of the Civil Aviation Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (3) (a) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(a) paragraphs 133 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (d), subregulation 133 (3) and regulation 139; or”.
