Civil Aviation Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Civil Aviation Act 1988.

Carriage on wings, undercarriages etc.

Regulation 250 of the Civil Aviation Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “a helicopter” (wherever occurring) and substituting “an aircraft”.
