Civil Aviation Order Repeal Instrument 2015 (No. 1) (Cth)

I, terence lindsay farquharson, Acting Director of Aviation Safety, on behalf of CASA, make this instrument under regulations 5 and 82 and subregulations 21A (1), 174A (1) and 177 (1) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 and subsection 33 (3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.

Civil Aviation Order Repeal Instrument 2015 (No. 1)

1          Name of instrument

                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order Repeal Instrument 2015 (No. 1).

2          Commencement

                 This instrument commences on the day of registration.

3          Repeals

        (1)     Each of the following Civil Aviation Order (CAO) instruments is repealed, namely CAO 100.37 Instrument 2007, CAO 103.21 Instrument 2007, CAO 103.22 Instrument 2007, CAO 108.34 Instrument 2007 and CAO 108.36 Instrument 2007.

        (2)     To avoid doubt, each of the following CAOs is repealed, namely CAO 100.37, CAO 103.21, CAO 103.22, CAO 108.34 and CAO 108.36.

4          Expiry

                 This instrument expires on the day after it commences, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.
