Civil Aviation Order 95.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2010

1          Name of instrument

            This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 95.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2010.

2          Commencement

            This instrument commences on 3 June 2010.

            Schedule 1amends Civil Aviation Order 95.7.

[1]       Paragraph 1.1, definition of HLS

HLS or helicopter landing site means a place that is used as an aerodrome for helicopters to land at and take off from.
