1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 95.4.1 Amendment Instrument 2013 (No. 1).

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 95.4.1

                 Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 95.4.1.

(aa)  Parts 4 and 4A, provided that both the GFA Operational Regulations and the GFA Manual of Standard Procedures Part 3 Airworthiness are complied with;
