Civil Aviation Order 95.33 Repeal Instrument 2012

1          Name of instrument

                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 95.33 Repeal Instrument 2012.

2          Comencement

                 This instrument commences on the day after registration.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. 6) 2004

        (1)     Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. 6) 2004 (also known as F2005B00651) is repealed.

        (2)     By virtue of subsection (1), section 95.33 of the Civil Aviation Orders is repealed.
