This Order is the Civil Aviation Amendment Order (No. R57) 2004.

  1. Commencement

This Order commences on gazettal.

  1. Replacement of section 95.2 of the Civil Aviation Orders

Section 95.2 of the Civil Aviation Orders is omitted and a new section substituted as set out in Schedule 1.

SECTION 95.2

EXEMPTION FROM PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL AVIATION REGULATIONS 1988 — AUTHORITY FOR MANOEUVRES ON AERODROMES

Under regulation 308 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988, aircraft operating at Archerfield, Bankstown, Camden, Moorabbin, Parafield or Jandakot aerodromes are exempt from compliance with paragraph 167 (b) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 insofar as it requires prior authorisation for taxiing on the manoeuvring area outside the runway strips for those runways nominated by Air Traffic Control for takeoff or landing.
