Civil Aviation Order 95.12 Amendment Order (No. 3) 2006

1          Name of instrument

            This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 95.12 Amendment Order (No. 3) 2006.

2          Commencement

            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 95.12

        Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 95.12.

Schedule 1          Amendment

[1]       Subparagraph 4.2 (c)

substitute

(c)   except in:

             (i)  Class G airspace; or

            (ii)  Class E airspace in V.M.C.; or

Note   Class G and E airspace are as defined in the Air Services Regulations.
