Civil Aviation Order 82.6 Amendment Instrument 2019 (No. 2)

1          Name of instrument

                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 82.6 Amendment Instrument 2019 (No. 2).

2          Commencement

                 This instrument commences on the day it is registered.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 82.6

                 Schedule 1amends Civil Aviation Order 82.6 (Night vision imaging system — helicopters) 2007.

7A       Renewal of exemptions

                 Under regulation 11.160 of CASR, the exemptions contained in subsections 6 and 7 are, by force of this subsection, taken to be remade from the commencement of this section.

Note   Subsection 7A commenced on the day that Civil Aviation Order 82.6 Amendment Instrument 2019 (No. 2) was registered.
