Civil Aviation Order 82.5 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2010

1          Name of instrument

            This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 82.5 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2010.

2          Commencement

            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 82.5

            Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 82.5.

Schedule 1          Amendment

[1]        Appendix 1, after clause 2.4

insert

   2.5     For its leased aircraft — the operator must provide details of the lease conditions to enable CASA to:

(a)assess the arrangements for operational control of the aircraft; and

(b)   assess the arrangements for the maintenance of the aircraft; and

(c)   ensure that the aircraft meets airworthiness requirements.
