1          Name of instrument

            This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 40.3.0 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2007.

2          Commencement

            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order

        Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 40.3.0.

4          Transitional and savings

            A Brantley B2 class endorsement that was in force, or suspended, immediately before the commencement of this instrument has effect after the commencement as if it were a Brantly B2 class endorsement.
