Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2008

1          Name of instrument

            This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2008.

2          Commencement

            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7

        Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7.

omit all words after

instructing in

insert

any sequences other than navigational sequences that are relevant to the issue of a private pilot (aeroplane) licence; and

[2]       Subparagraph 4.2 (c)

omit all words after

instructing in

navigational sequences that are relevant to the issue of a private pilot (aeroplane) licence; and

[3]       Subparagraph 4.3 (b)

omit all words after

instructing in

any sequences other than navigational sequences that are relevant to the issue of a private pilot (aeroplane) licence; and
