Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2005

1Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2005.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7

Schedule 1 amends Civil Aviation Order 40.1.7.

Schedule 1          Amendment

[1]        Subparagraph 4.1.2 (a)

substitute

(a)   training undertaken before meeting the requirements, mentioned in regulation 5.104 of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988, to qualify for a commercial pilot (aeroplane) licence;

[2]        Subparagraph 4.3 (a)

substitute

(a)   have held a flight instructor (aeroplane) rating grade 2 for a period of at least 12 months; and
