Civil Aviation Order 108.56 Repeal Instrument 2013

1          Name of instrument

                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 108.56 Repeal Instrument 2013.

2          Commencement

                 This instrument commences on 1 August 2013.

Note For subregulations 38 (2) and 5 (2) of CAR 1988, the instrument was gazetted on the day it commenced.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 108.56

                 Civil Aviation Order 108.56 is repealed.

4          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 108.56 Instrument 2007

                 To avoid doubt, Civil Aviation Order 108.56 Instrument 2007 is repealed.

Note   Requirements previously contained in Civil Aviation Order 108.56 are now contained in Civil Aviation Order 100.5, as amended by Civil Aviation Order 100.5 Amendment Order 2013 (No. 1).
