Civil Aviation Order 108.42 Repeal Order 2007

1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 108.42 Repeal Order 2007.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 108.42

Civil Aviation Order 108.42 is repealed.

4          Saving

A standard set out in Civil Aviation Order 108.42 immediately before the commencement of this Order is taken to be a standard approved by CASA for aircraft safety belts, safety harness and inertia reels installed on an aircraft, if installed on the aircraft immediately before the commencement of this Order.
