Civil Aviation Order 103.4 Repeal Order 2007

1          Name of instrument

            This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 103.4 Repeal Order 2007.

2          Commencement

            This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 103.4

        Civil Aviation Order 103.4 is repealed.

4          Saving

            A standard set out in Civil Aviation Order 103.4 immediately before the commencement of this Order is taken to be a standard approved by CASA as a standard for the modification of the dial and pointer presentation of 3 pointer type sensitive altimeters installed on an aircraft, if installed on the aircraft immediately before the commencement of this Order.
