Civil Aviation Order 103.31 Repeal Order 2007

1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 103.31 Repeal Order 2007.

2          Commencement

     This instrument commences on the day after it is registered, immediately after the commencement of Civil Aviation Order 95.7 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2007 and Civil Aviation Order 20.11 Amendment Order (No. 2) 2007.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 103.31

Civil Aviation Order 103.31 is repealed.

4          Saving

A standard set out in Civil Aviation Order 103.31 immediately before the commencement of this Order is taken to be a standard approved by CASA for helicopter rescue harness inertia reels installed on an aircraft, if installed on the aircraft immediately before the commencement of this Order.
