Civil Aviation Order 103.15 Repeal Order 2007

1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 103.15 Repeal Order 2007.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered, immediately after the commencement of Civil Aviation Order 20.11 Amendment Order (No. 2) 2007.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 103.15

Civil Aviation Order 103.15 is repealed.

4          Saving

A standard set out in Civil Aviation Order 103.15 immediately before the commencement of this Order is taken to be a standard approved by CASA for life rafts carried on an aircraft, if carried on an aircraft as part of the life saving equipment for that aircraft immediately before the commencement of this Order.
