Civil Aviation Order 103.11 Repeal Order 2007

1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 103.11 Repeal Order 2007.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 103.11

Civil Aviation Order 103.11 is repealed.

4          Saving

Cargo restraint equipment that complies with a standard set out in Civil Aviation Order 103.11 immediately before the commencement of this Order is taken to be approved by CASA under regulation 21.305 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998, if installed on the aircraft immediately before the commencement of this Order.
