1          Name of instrument

This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 101.4 Repeal Order 2007.

2          Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3          Repeal of Civil Aviation Order 101.4

Civil Aviation Order 101.4 is repealed.

4          Saving

An aircraft certificated to Civil Aviation Order 101.4 immediately before the commencement of this Order would continue to be certificated in the transport category.
